Update from the South

Hey ya'll I'm down in good old South Carolina on spring break! It's amazing. the weather down here has been mid sixties to low 70s all week. Let me tell you all it's been the best spring break I've ever had. While at SWU, my friend Emily and I have been hanging out a lot and having a lot of fun. Baseball games, visiting nature parks, and going to Clemson University. And let me tell you something there is more sweet tea than I can handle. I love sweet tea!!! It's nice being with friends. Ryan Shepherd has been housing me all week, and it's been great to see him. He's such a cool guy!
So here is the real news. This past weekend I had an interview at New Covenant Wesleyan Church in Greensboro, North Carolina. It was a great feel at the church. The people there were very nice, a great family style of church! The youth group is solid. They are so ready for someone to come and invest into them! When meeting with them I saw a huge excitement for the LORD and for the lost in the world. I'm very excited about spending time with these kids. As of Wed. March 8th I am the new Associate Pastor of NCWC and I'll move down and start my role as a Pastor the first week of June.
Thank you all for your prayers and your support. I do have a few question for those of you in ministry. I will be in my first year of ministry so...any helpful advice? What do you think I need to know?
Thanks to everyone who is staying strong in the Faith!!! Thanks for being people I can look up you!
